Our Story
Lucas and Mimi met in 2022 and instantly bonded over their love of music. Together they listened and learnt from jazz icons such as Ella Fitzgerald, Amy Winehouse and Chet Baker and worked together to discover their own unique sound.
They offer setlists of both classic jazz standards, and modern songs with their Lumi jazz touch.
Lucas Geddes
Piano/Guitar/Vocals
Lucas is a music producer, singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and graduate of the British Institute of Modern music, whose love of jazz and complex music theory brings unique arrangements and rich harmonies.
A big fan of the old greats (Chet Baker, Miles Davis, Nat King Cole, etc) Lucas aims to authentically bring the genre into a modern setting.
Mimi Williams
Vocals
Mimi is an experienced vocalist who initially trained in musical theatre, before venturing into the world of jazz, performing in venues all across the UK. She is a member of the international vintage vocal group, The Satin Dollz, and recently headlined a sell-out show at London's beloved cabaret venue. Crazy Coqs.
She grew up listening to artists like Cole Porter and Ella Fitzgerald, as well as the musical jazz standards, and her love for the style has only continued to grow
